Sense8 for me is about 3 things: Culture, freedom, and connections.
Okay, So I’m a fan of mind games and this one kept me on the edge throughout.
Sense8 for me is about 3 things: Culture, freedom, and connections. Shot in 8 different but equally beautiful and vocal cities, the show is about 8 different individuals connected to each other by voices in their heads. They feel pain, pleasure, joy, freedom, and sorrow with each other. You’ll realize this after a few episodes that you have to be patient. It is nothing like your usual action/romance/drama series. It focuses on details about each of the eight individuals’ lives and requires concentration.
The show has been well very shot with scenes shown on different continents simultaneously; the plot is very well crafted. The show talks about lesbian-sex, gay-sex, and being transgender by giving a very positive and globalist message. It also talks about courage, hope, trust, and most importantly how humans sometimes should have faith in one another. The show also has a great supporting cast, which each of them is so well placed in the eight individuals’ lives.
Lastly, this show is perfect for all the “kitne lambe episodes hai yaar baad mein dekh lenge” people because it’s such a perfect package of everything in one.
