Under the spotlight this Friday is, Manorama- Six Feet Under. This film is one of the finest yet most underrated Indian thrillers out there. This film is filled with twist in twists and there is high probability of you needing to watch it twice for it to seep in your mind. And now, what if I tell you that this film was made 13 years ago back in 2007. Shocking, isn’t it? If you are thriller genre fanatic, you’ll love this film!

A lot has already been written about its edgy, suspense-filled plot and the uncanny climax. However, what I loved most about this film was its ability to balance drama and quirkiness while unravelling through the complexities. I guess Navdeep Singh, also the director of NH10 and Laal Kaptan has this very peculiar style of thrilling which is just amazing! The performance of the ensemble is too good! And Abhay Deol is just spectacular. What an actor he is!
